I didn’t appreciate the one hour delay. My appointment was at 12:00 and the treatment started at 1:00.
Otherwise, I was happy with the treatments. Had I not known Catherine’skills, I would have left.

The space didn't smell well. The "specialist" was unable to explain anything about the treatment I needed (not speaking any Dutch or English in Brussels? Seriously?) The pedicure was done exceptionally badly. And I was robbed of 65 euro for some "special" service. On top of that some strange woman (well known at that place, apparently) came in from the street to offer jewelry she was selling, asking me to look at the whole boxes of her stuff - as if I was caught by the hand at a market place!
