I had a very unfortunate experience with eyebrow and upper lip waxing at this salon. Instead of using facial wax that’s appropriate for sensitive areas, they used strip wax, which resulted in my skin being peeled off during removal. This has left me with painful, raw skin and redness that could have been avoided with proper technique and products.
