Plus de 30 minutes de retard en raison d'un "problème de synchronisation des calendriers", alors même que la prestations était déjà payée. Aucune excuse pour le temps d'attente, qui est apparemment normal (nous étions deux dans la même situation au même moment, à avoir un rendez-vous qui ne pouvait pas être honoré).

The atmosphere in the salon was kind of weird. First I was made to sit in a chair full of hair of the lady who was there before me. I felt that the hairdresser was making fun of me, because I have really thin hair? And because I just wanted the ends to be healthy again. Which to the hairdresser was apparently weird. I was uncomfortable the whole time and felt mocked. Also at first they didn't want to accept payment by bancontact, and I had to pay more than the prices I found on their website.
