This is my second time in Lum Spa. First time was really exelent and I felt really welcome. This time was the opposite. I came early and instead of telling me that they were running late I had to ask myself after one hour what is going on? My treatment was done nicely but felt a bit rushed as also other clients were waiting.

J’ai Découvert ce nouveau salon ouvert depuis 3 petits mois pour une dépose pieds et mains, opération coriace vu la ténacité du vernis semi permanent, service impeccable pour un prix défiant toute concurrence, on vous accueille avec un délicieux thé et l’espace soin est ultra cosy et invité à la détente ... un véritable écrin de bien-être

Fijne salon, mooi, schoon, modern, licht en gezellig, en werd geholpen door een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Sfeer was prettig. Ze werkte met alle aandacht en tijd aan mijn gellak, met oog voor detail en precisie. Enige puntje is dat aan twee nagels al een klein schilfertje zit, lijkt of het sealen niet helemaal goed is gegaan. Daarom 4 sterren voor de lak, maar ik kom zeker terug!
