I booked a spa pedicure and I had gel to remove. The first thing I noticed is how uncomfortable the pedicure station is. The treatment started, and I got a palette of colors to chose from; I asked if it was gel or regular, and I’ve been told is gel. Since I wasn’t given a choice, I assumed it was included in the treatment. At the end, I still had dead skin on my feet and the nails shape was uneven. I got charged 80€, which I am happy to pay, but for an excellent service.
