They did not have my reservation and initially told me I must be at the wrong place, another customer walked in while I was there and she was told she would have to wait one hour even though she had an appointment because they had a misunderstanding with the owner, who managed the appointments but was not there.
Haircut was pretty decent, and maybe I just got them on a weird day, but I would be concerned about logistics problems.
