If I could put 0, I would. Zero customer service.
- It closes at 7, at 6 one of them was rushing through my brushing while the other was already fully clothed and ready to go behind us. Made me feel super uncomfortable.
- The pricing is really badly done on Treatwell, under Haircuts there are several choices and only one of them includes a cut, ended up paying twice the original price. Be careful if you want a haircut AND a brushing, you end up paying for a shampoo and haircare twice!
