Chosen for Inoa hair colour just to change the hair colour and no extra cover was needed. But Apperently they mixed it with an other chemical stuff which made my hairscalp felt burning. She ignored me when telling her i felt burning. In stead of 20 minutes, ive said to wash it off! Terrible. They need to be transparent with the products that are used and respecting their clients!
