I booked hair and makeup for a wedding, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the makeup artist wasn’t coming, so I couldn’t get my makeup done. No one contacted me beforehand to let me know, which would have saved me the trip and allowed me to make other arrangements.
I then asked if they could do a simple slick bun for my hair, but they told me they didn’t know how to do that. At that point, I had no choice but to leave.
