I was 5min late and the personel was very understanding which I appreciated. As I only speak English and the hairstylist did not so much, we had a language barrier. I find it a bit misleading that English is listed as a spoken language. At some point the blowdry was handed over to a trainee (who was not the most gentle), without asking my opinion. The result of the blowdry was beautiful but did not last. Cut was also not exactly what I’d hoped for, perhaps because of the language barrier.
