I had an appointment scheduled for 2pm. Lawrence seemed surprised to see me and thought I was early (I wasn't). He appeared to be alone in the salon and there were two customers already being treated (one had wet hair which he was in the process of cutting and the other had clearly had her hair coloured and was waiting for the coluring treatment to finish). It was obvious I would have to wait so I sat down and started to read my book. But after 30 minutes there was still no sign of him being able to start with my haircut anytime soon, let alone a single sentence from Lawrence apologising for the long wait or explaining how much longer I needed to wait. So I just got up and left with no word of apology or attempt to stop me. Had he told me in the beginning that I would have to wait at least another 30 minutes I would have been a bit disappointed as well but at least I could have left to run some errands and come back. This way I just wasted 30 minutes for no reason. I have been a customer in the past and always like the way my hair was cut but I am not sure I will now come back.

Un vrai plaisir. Valentina a tout de suite compris quel genre de coupe je souhaitais. Nikel et brushing parfait. Ambiance zen et moment de détente absolu.

Très bon service balayage, la jeune femme qui m'a coiffée est méticuleuse et agréable, une vraie pro. Je reviendrais.
