Great waxing experience. There used to be always some delay in the past but this time I was welcomed immediately on schedule! The waxing was done very efficiently. The only thing to be careful about is for the wax to not be too warm. But otherwise perfect experience.

Really solid massage - however, it seemed closer to 40 minutes [I booked for an hour], not sure if shower time [there is access to a shower in the massage room if you want to wash off the oil] was included or there was a mixup, I only noticed once I was given privacy and glanced at the clock.
