My recent waxing experience at L'Institut KOSY - Porte de Namur was so fantastic that it dispelled all my fears! Throughout the process, esthetician was extremely professional and kind. She applied a special solution to calm my skin before the waxing and explained each step as they went. During the waxing, I felt no pain, just a mild warmth and tingling sensation. If you're considering back waxing, I highly recommend L'Institut KOSY.
