On Saturday, I went to the salon for eyebrow shaping and upper lip waxing. When I arrived, the beautician was doing another customer's nails. She interrupted that to do my eyebrows as quickly as possible before going back to her.
Unfortunately, the treatment felt very rushed. My eyebrows were not properly shaped, but she also made me bleed, and still today I have a scratch on my eyelid.
I am very disappointed because I had previously left a 5-star review and did not expect that.
