I made an appointment as 17 and just as I was entering the place around 16:50 I got a phone call that there was a need to reschedule to an hour later. I don't really live nearby so this was quite inconvenient to waste an hour and I had to cancel some plans I had after. In terms of the hair appointment, the lady did a good job. Although, I don't understand why a heat protectant is not included in the price of the blow out but I guess that is normal in Belgium.
