The hairdresser made me wait 15 minutes to have my hair washed during which time she went on her break. The whole experience lasted for 15 minutes. You have to pay extra for the conditioner so I had my hair only washed with a shampoo. The hairdresser was in a rush because of next appointment and cut my hair in 5-10 minutes. Hair was cut unevenly when I got home. Due to the next appointment, she dried my hair quickly after I asked for it. I will not go back again.
