I waited 20 minutes for the beautician to arrive - she was sort of neglected wearing a jogging and smelling perspiration - as we were in a tiny room without ventilation I couldn't help but noticing. Also, she didn't wash her hands before taking care of me - when you come for a bikini wax, expectations regarding hygiene are even higher and this experience is not something I recommend. I don't mind a trainee taking care of me but no one likes to feel the difference.
