The hairdresser asked me if I wanted conditioner and I said yes and when I went to pay, since I don’t speak French but I understand, I saw how he told the secretary to charge me 10€ for the conditioner. She was shocked and even asked him “really?” And he replied yes. Zero professionalism and lack of ethic work. Getting advantage thinking I was a tourist or god knows what.
