Men's haircut. I had very long hair, tied up behind in a bun. I wanted it refreshed and only 2 cm taken off. On the left side the hairdresser took 4 cm instead, while 2 cm on the right side. As a consequence I cannot tie it anymore. She recommended using gel to fix the hair since I couldn't tie it anymore. No apologies given.
