Great 2nd session with Iuiliana. She’s very welcoming and the hour spent with her is always a pleasure. The treatment is carried out in a very gentle way with very little - almost no - discomfort and the mask after is a lovely way to relax. She’s friendly and shares lots of great beauty tips (most using ingredients I already have at home) without any « hard sell » for products she stocks herself. Such a lovely change from many Institutes.
