I often have Hydrafacials but this was my first time at Nefaline. The salon was clean the treatment was disappointing. The extractions were very painful - my face hurt for the rest of the day. Then the Hydrafacial machine was swiped on my face around 5 times (for about 10 seconds in total). When I asked if that was all, and what about the rest of my face, the esthetician replied "you don't need it". There was also no LED therapy at the end. Selling this as a Hydrafacial is false advertising.

Nice and cosy salon, friendly employees and the massage was one of the best I ever had! she really knew how to ease my tense shoulder and I felt great afterwards!

Après avoir passé des mois très stressants au travail, je voulais me faire un petit cadeau et prendre soin de moi avec un massage relaxant. J’ai en avance prévenu à la masseuse que j’avais des contractures au niveau des épaules et du dos. Elle a fait quand même un massage extrêmement douloureux qui m’a fait me tordre sans arrêt afin d’éviter les cris. L’objectif relaxant n’a pas été réussi. Je ne cherchais pas un kiné mais un instant de relax et bien être.
