The shop was closed when I arrived for my appointment. I received an email from the owner, not even a call, saying that my appointment was too late. I had already paid the service but I haven't received my money back nor another appointment. I want a refund

I had to much back in my neck and shoulder and do many knots. Now I feel so relaxed as the pain is completely gone.
