I had the appointment with someone I didn't book the appointment with. They were more than 30 mins late. It's ok it can happen. But the person who did my waxing wasn't competent, nor precise. I left with many spots missed. I would't recommend it as even if you book with someone you know is competent you might end up with who is not.
