I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, which I had informed the salon about via SMS. When I arrived, I was told that only a toenail trim could be done as the salon was closing in 30 minutes. While I understand the time constraints, I had already paid €55 in advance for the full service, which I unfortunately did not receive. The atmosphere also felt a bit tense, which made the experience less comfortable than expected.
