Matisse was friendly and his space was welcoming and warm. However despite saying that i like more force applied, the massage was too light. While he worked on the muscles around the spine and rest of the body, i felt that the techniques used were not effective at releasing tension from knots. I guess it is ok if someone seeks a gentle massage.
