Unfortunately, David was being replaced by someone else - I didn’t know in advance as this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on Treatwell. The replacement was running late, which was a problem as I had a train to catch, and that made the situation a bit tense. I think the guy did his best: he took his time and was detail oriented, but he didn’t give me the haircut I had asked for (he did 0mm instead of 3mm) and we had no time to wash my hair, even though I took a taxi to the station to save time.
