Everyone is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are really incredible and the facilities are amazing. I highly recommend booking an access pass to this place and also a massage or facial!

Although the steam room and snow shower were not working at the time of my visit, the spa has great amenities. The staff is very friendly and professional.
