The employees at the salon were nice and overall they did a decent job but I had few issues. After the bikini waxing my skin in that area was red, irritated and inflamed. Even after a week after being at the salon my skin hasn't properly healed. For the eyebrows waxing the employee did a good job but also put some wax in my hair (by mistake, I assume) even though I had my hair tied in a ponytail. The waxing space in the salon didn't look inviting/pleasant and definitely needs improvement.
