I had to wait 40 minutes even though I had an appointment. No apology was made. As it was very busy at the salon I had to wait a long time after my hair was washed. There was no towel wrapped around my head so I got very cold.
On the app it said 'brushing' was included, but he just used a hairdryer. So overal disappointing experience.
