Technical BIAB/color work was flawless. The team is friendly and punctual; my tech kindly started early as I arrived ahead of schedule. Tips: Since it's a cozy space, I’d suggest letting clients wait until their time to allow for a full setup. For €65, a €5 charge for basic polish removal feels high. Also, the app says card but it’s cash only. Instead of a long wait for payment confirmation, use that time for social media photos! Great potential.
