She was very nice, however, I went there wanting a specific haircut which i always go for but she "recommended" something else. I trusted her, believing she knew what she was talking about. I have wavy hair and she cut my hair with no layers - it did not look good at all. I had to rebook another haircut somewhere else to fix it.
