I went there to get my gel polish removed. The technician used the electric file so aggressively that my nails became extremely sensitive and weak. In some areas, she filed so deeply that she hit the skin beneath! After repeatedly feeling burning sensations, I pulled my hand away, only to injure myself with the tool, which literally split my nail. She blamed me for the injury even though I had been complaining about the pain from the start!
