Loved my brushing done by their senior male stylist — one of the best stylists I’ve had since I’ve been in Brussels. Last month, after requesting a specific stylist and being handed off to another stylist at the last minute, I had a very bad experience at Art and Look. I decided to give it another try this month, and I was again given another stylist because the one I requested was out. Understandable, but it would be nice to notify the client. I arrived and was interestingly greeted. After making my concerns known, I started the appointment but DID NOT receive the soin/mask I was supposed to receive. Or if I did, it was left on my hair for only 30 seconds. The only thing that made up for this visit was the blowdry. I am used to good quality hair straightening, and the senior sylist did NOT disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by his work!! He was super engaging and attentive to my concerns. I would recommend either him (unfortunate I was in such a weird mood I didn’t catch his name) or Victoria as stylists from this establishment! Also they very nice mint tea :)

L’epilation Du visage ne s’est pas bien passée (alors que j’avais dit que j'étais sensible), j’ai été brûlée d’un côté et j’ai eu un bleu sur la paupière de l’autre côté. C’était trop brusque pour moi.

Fabulous place and 100% will go back again. I am new to Brussels and was nervous about where to get my hair cut and dyed. This place had really good reviews so tried here. Have to say they were amazing! I wanted a change and they provided the perfect suggestions and really took the time to dye my hair in the right way! Trust in their advice and definitely on their skills!
