I went to the appointment hoping to make a big change but scared to do it, after just having a baby: Isa took me in charge with lots of care and attention, helped me choose a nice colour, respecting my fear of change and thinking practical and long term. The whole team worked precisely and quickly to allow me to go back to my small baby. Isa in particular oversaw the whole work, swift and masterful! Wonderful experience, with competent and caring staff: I warmly recommend it!
