An important note from Treatwell amid the Coronavirus outbreak
Hi,
This is an update on the actions Treatwell is taking in response to the evolving Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
The health, wellbeing and safety of our customers, team and salon partners - many of whom are small, independent businesses - is of paramount importance to us - today and every day. In line with government-wide measures taken across the country, all hair and beauty salons will close their doors until the 5th of April.
What will happen to your booking(s) for the period up to and including April 5th? Online bookings for all treatments will be cancelled. We cancel all bookings made via Treatwell (marketplace, app or widget on social media) in our system.
If you have a prepaid booking planned for the period until the 5th of April and it is canceled as a result of the measurements (or you cancel it yourself), you will automatically receive a full refund. Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the amount to be returned to your account.
We hope that wherever you are right now, you’re safe and well and managing to stay positive in this uncertain situation. I know you’ll join us in thinking about both the beauty industry and community and the many other small businesses who are likely to be impacted as this situation continues to unfold.
Stay safe and keep yourself up to date with official advice and guidelines from the WHO and FOD Volksgezondheid.
Thanks for taking the time to read this message and for your continued support.
With best wishes,
Kei Kaji
CEO of Treatwell
