Treatwell.com BV is part of the Treatwell Holding BV The personal data you provide to us will be stored on our servers in the Netherlands or in a location(s) outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Access to your personal data is restricted to Treatwell staff members (inside and outside the Netherlands) and staff members of companies within the Treatwell Holding BV who act for us for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement or for other purposes notified to you from time to time in this Privacy Statement. Countries outside the E.E.R. do not always have strong data protection laws. However, we will always take steps to ensure that your personal data is treated in accordance with this Privacy Statement and that such use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The personal data you provide to us may also be shared with third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement and for the necessary administration and implementation of this Website and/or our services. We use this visitor data for statistical analyses of the visitor and click behavior on this Website and for the optimization of the design of this Website and our services. We will not use your IP address to identify you in any way.
5. SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

6.1. You have the right to gain access to the personal data registered with us ("Access Request"). You can request us to provide the (personal) data to you. In the event that you make an Access Request, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to € 4,50 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the data registered with us.
