I would like to leave my thanks to Maura! She deserves a bonus for the work she did on Saturday. I booked in for my treatment and was given an incompetent therapist to complete my appointment. Maura quickly recognised the bad job of the wax and rearranged her day to completely re-do my whole waxing with speed, efficiency and overall friendliness. She was embarassed and apologetic and I am grateful for her. However the appointment took two hours! Instead of less than an hour. Not happy with this
