This was my first professional haircut since the pandemic started and I had given myself some bad haircuts at home. Mahrez was very kind and patient. His scalp message felt so nice and calming, he made sure I was okay with how much length he was taking off, and he fixed a really bad hair situation. He cared about having the haircut look good and asked if it was okay to even up the fringe I was trying to grow out. I am glad I trusted him. Will definitely go again.
