First time I booked a ‘sportmassage’ and I can sincerely recommend it to everybody who has an active and sportive lifestyle. It is not a relaxing massage because you feel every muscle during the deep stretching, but you feel so much lighter afterwards. My training schedule went a lot more comfortable after the massage and I finished my first marathon under the 4 hours. Thanks Maychell for all the tips and tricks and see you soon for the préparation of the 1/4 triatlon 🙏
