I had a good experience getting my hair cut by a nice girl (well done job!), however on the app price (€48) they didn’t specify that if you choose to get your hair washed with Kerastase shampoo you pay extra, so ended up paying €60.

I was quite happy with the result but I felt scammed by the total amount I was charged! It ended up being almost double compared to the service price I booked on Treatwell. Some things were added without mentioning they would cost more, which I find really dishonest. Would have been happy to go back but certainly it won’t happen.
