I came to cover up some of my more yellow tones in the lower part of my hair and do a natural balayage. While I enjoyed the overall approach and the friendly staff, the result was far from what I expected or said I wanted, especially for this high price. Instead of anything closer to my natural hair colour, I have brownish ends with very light highlights - a bit like a raccoon. Will now have to go and fix it in another salon.
