I went to the salon for the first time , I asked for a shampoo and a wavy brushing. I started 10 minutes later than the scheduled appointment and they Made me paid for a hair mask they did not do . In addition i clearly asked i wanted the wavy hair with the brush because i did not want to ruin my hair but they used a hair iron ( apparently it was the only way to have the wavy hair) but this was not specified in the app otherwise i would have gone to another salon.
