Booked my appointment the same day, when I arrived the practitioner was on holiday and had forgotten to edit the system. I was offered to come back the next day and a second treatment as compensation. I just had the second treatment and now they are trying to charge me for it… claiming they offered me a face mask this time as compensation. No face mask was mentioned during the first treatment, nor offered then. They just try to fool you
