I have waited some time before leaving this review since my last appointment as I did not want to leave any emotional comment. My last experience there was a true disappointment. The person doing my nails was new and clearly unexperienced, she made my skin bleed quite badly for quite long and she had to ask her colleagues how to stop the bleed as she was unaware what to do. The instruments looked different than what I was used to in the same salon and they seemed rusted or so. A lot to improve.
