J'ai été agréablement surprise pour une 1ère fois. J'ai été pour une épilation malheureusement l'employée n'était pas encore mise au courant car j'avais pris le rdv le jour même sur le site treatwell. Malgré tout, elle a réussi à faire le soin.
je n'ai rien à reproché au niveau du soin, rapide, sans trop de douleur et sympathie.
Je serai ravie de revenir !

rather messy place and strange stressed/unfriendly atmosphere. would never go there again, even if the treatment itself was well done.

As the hairdresser didn't speak any English, he didn't explain me during the process that the things he offered cost extra money. I only wanted to get my roots bleached which I made clear at the start. As he offered to wash my hair and use conditioner, I assumed they were part of the process as always, not priced as extras. So having to pay the bill twice as much I tough it would be, wasn't nice at all.
