The whole experience was great. I was a little bit scared because it was my first "hair salon" experience in Belgium but it couldn't go better. Helene is confident and she knows what she is doing. She explains you all what she is doing to make you feel comfortable and asks you along the way to ensure she is doing what you are expecting. I will definitely come back!
