As the ‘old’ owner is on her way out, the new owner is showing zero interest in Plantin Nail’s regular customers. The atmosphere dove sub zero which is really a shame because this used to be a very fun place. I filled out their survey to give my feedback but never got any replies to that. My regular nail artists have disappeared one by one so I have zero reasons to stay here. I must say Whitney is doing a good job but the current atmosphere is gonna send me looking for a new place 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hope that same standard and hospitality will be maintained in the future, however I doubt regarding the behaviour of the new staff who at this stage shows no respect for the clients.
