Terrible experience, again, I needed to take off my semipermanent, 1 hand ok (took off with acetone), the other hand took off with machine (due lack of time) .. nails completely destroyed. Very thin, they break easily, I cannot put any polish..

the experience is always nice, and all the girls are professional. one thing that happens quite often is that appointments times get changed/postponed a day before, and sometimes this is annoying.
