I was welcomed by an aesthetician and brought into a room where my treatment was to happen: a colleague followed us and came into the room without explaining why. I had to chat the whole time to understand this was a student that was learning, hence her presence in the room. I wish the communication towards me as the client was better - first to be properly welcomed and then told that my treatment will be followed by a student. The treatment itself was okay.
