My 9:30am manicure and pedicure appointment was a disaster. Catherine never showed up, and her colleague arrived late. The salon was filthy, with nails and nail dust everywhere. It was a nightmare. I won't be returning, despite their 24-hour appointment confirmation calls. What a joke !
