The skin isn’t smooth after waxing. The hairs are still on the skin and it looks like 2 days after shaving. So around 1mm stays right after waxing what is not pleasant! I expected totally smooth skin. I have also to wait 20 min and no excuses were towards me like nothing happend. She was in a hurry so it took less than 15 min for bikini integral. So my opinion is 3.5*
